Entertainment in the Price House

This was a couple days ago.Cooper thought that Dillon jumping like a frog was so funny. Cooper also laughs like this everyday. I've never seen a kid laugh at just about everything.

Cooper was having a great ol' time on the car. I didn't want him to go flying off when Dillon was pulling him around so I strapped him onto the car. He was laughing until the camera turned on. He loves this car though. Anytime we put him next to it he tries to get on it. This car is total entertainment in our house for Dillon and Cooper. I love watching the boys play together.

Cute Boys

Dillon is eating his cupcake he picked out at Stater Bros. He thought it was so cool to have a candle on it and to blow it out even though it wasn't his birthday. He even sang himself happy birthday. He wanted to eat his cupcake outside. So I made him a little table out of a box and there you have it.
Of course I couldn't leave Cooper out. To bad he wasn't as excited about it. He only had two little bites of it. He's so cute I just had to take a picture.
So I see alot of blogs posting about what their kids say. Well Dillon is at the perfect age for funny things to say. I told him the other day "Dillon you are exhausting ." He replied back to me saying "Mommy I not sausting, I a boy." It was sooo funny. Then today as he was sitting in the bath I told him "Dillon you have to hurry Daddy is going to work." He said "I'm going to work with him." I said "No Daddy has to go by himself." He said " Do only boys go to work?" I said "No, girls go to work too." He said " You don't work Mommy." I said "Oh yes I do. I work all day taking care of you." He said "Ohhh." Then he paused and said " I go to work too." I said "What do you go to work for?" He said " TEAMWORK". If any of you have seen the show Wonder Pets you will know where that comes from. It was sooooooo funny. Dillon cracks me up everyday and says the funniest things. I love his age and just how curious he is. He ALWAYS asks "Why Mommy." Even if there is no question being asked. I just love the age he is at and hope to always remember him so sweet.

Lake Fun

So as most of you know we live next to a beautiful lake. We love going for walks around the lake and Dillon loves just being able to run up the trail in his FAST shoes.
Here he is running in his FAST shoes. He even told me after I took this picture "Hey mom did you see my fast shoes." "I'm fast mom."
He didn't want to stop for pictures.
I thought this picture was so cute. He was just staring out at the water. He looks so little next to all that water. Dillon could stay at the lake all day. He always wants to feed the ducks, then play with the ball and then go on a walk or a race.

San Diego Fun

Dillon playing in the sand.
Randy and Cooper on the swings having fun.
Tons of fun playing with the toys.
Can't I get one good picture with them.
Nope!
So yesterday we took off to San Diego to go see Ashley Patterson (Leatham). We got there and went down to this really awesome park. It has a rock climbing building, a huge play set area and this cool water and sand area. Dillon of course wouldn't take of his socks and shoes. So we stayed at this park for probably 2 hours and then go back to Ashley's place. We sit down to feed the kids and I look at Cooper and he has broken out all over with welts on his head. Oh dang it! So I call Kaiser to see if I can make an appt. to go in. Well I wait and wait and 2 hours later after a bath and all the welts go down, he is fine.(I think he might be allergic to the sand.) So we go on with our night and Ashley and I had a blast reminiscing about the good ol' days. We looked at pictures and all the crazy things we did. We stayed up till about 2 am. So we go to bed and wake up and I am not feeling good at all. Dang It! We are suppose to be having a good day. Well that's not what was in store for me. I just couldn't kick this yucky feeling. So I get in the shower and all of a sudden everything goes black and I am sitting down in the shower throwing up. Needless to say this wasn't the best trip. Thanks Ashley for being a good friend and helping me out as I lay there sick and dying.:) I wish we could have done something but my stomach wouldn't let me. Till next time Ash!

New Addition

This is Cameron and Traci's new baby. So here is our new nephew and Dillon and Cooper's new cousin. His name is Boston and he is just so sweet and tiny.
Here are the cousin's hangin' out together. They are trying to get Olivia to sit for the pictures. Fat Chance!
Here is Cooper playing out in the grass. He loves being out with the action.
Where's Olivia? Oh yeah we couldn't get her to come for this picture. It is always fun hanging out with the cousins.
I can't even believe my little baby Cooper was ever this small. Isn't that how it always goes. You always forget that they were ever that small. So I guess we should take lots of pictures and record all of their little moves because next thing you know they will be telling you NO. Well it is always fun to see family and we are so excited for Cameron, Traci, Olivia and their new baby.

Hair Cut Day

This was a quick picture with the scissors. Here are a couple pictures of Cooper's FIRST hair cut.
I have been putting cutting his hair off because that just means he is growing up.
He was being so good.
Here is his after cut. He wouldn't stay sitting up so here is one of him sideways. :)
Here is the side profile.
Dillon got his hair cut too. I can't stand when his hair just is a little long. When I sit anywhere with him my eyes are just drawn to his hair and all I can think about is cutting it. I have serious issues with letting my kids go with long hair or long finger nails or toe nails. (Seriously I trim their finger nails and toe nails every week.) I guess I just like grooming them (kinda like a mother monkey.) So hair cut day was successful and now they both look so cute.

Fun Filled Day.

Well today was the day of Achievement Days. I am the Achievement Day Leader for the 8-12 year old girls. I was making cookies for their treat and as the second batch was coming out of the oven some how it slipped out of my hands and *BOOM* there go my cookies. The cookie recipe only makes 2 batches. (Ahhhhh I could have screamed.) Ok I did scream. I only had a little bit of time left till I had to get out the door with my 2 CRAZY kids. Every mom knows how it goes when you are trying to rush somewhere. IT NEVER GOES RIGHT! So finally I grab my 12 cookies that didn't hit the floor and I cut up 3 oranges and there is their treat. So I finish up with Achievement Days and head over to the store because I have to get some baby food and cornmeal.

So here I am at the grocery store trying to hurry and of all carts I get the one that makes the most noise with the crazy wheel. Cooper is up front in the seat and Dillon is standing on the cart hanging on. All of a sudden the cart goes crazy on it's one wheel and Dillon starts laughing HYSTERICALLY. He thinks the noise and vibration of the cart is so funny. He is laughing so hard OUT LOUD. I smile the first time he does it and just tell him to quiet down. I mean it is echoing through the store and EVERYONE is looking at us. Of course this happens like a billion times as I'm TRYING so hard to hurry and find the stinkin' cornmeal. So as we are walking around this happens a couple more times and it is actually turning out to be pretty funny because how Dillon is laughing about this was so funny. I start to laugh out loud because Dillon is just crackin' me up over such a small thing. I WISH I could have had this on video because just writing it down doesn't even show how funny it was. So once I finally made it home and finished up dinner we went to .....

walk Lake Gregory.
The lake is maybe 1 minute from our house. Dillon loves the lake. So we walked all the way around the lake 2.5 miles. It was a good outing with the family and the lake was just sooo beautiful and it always is. Every time we go to the lake we always say "Isn't this so beautiful." So this is my ending to a CRAZY day. Next time I will take some pretty pictures of the lake.

Watering the Plants

Dillon still won't wear those stinkin' sandals I bought him. These are his fast shoes and I can barely get him to wear his church shoes to church.
So today Dillon wanted to water the plants on the hill. So I sent him out with a pitcher and some water. It kept him busy and those plants I'm sure got plenty of water. If I left the hose on all day he would water the whole mountian.
